  • London, November 28th 2014. Animal rights campaigners demonstrate outside the Regent Street branch of up-market fashion brand Lacoste who they accuse of using Chinese-bred angora rabbit fur in some of their garments. They allege that angora rabbits have their fur pulled out while pinned down, alive. Several months later the same rabbits are subjected once again to the same cruelty and are eventually killed for their pelts. PICTURED: A London Vegan Action anti-cruelty campaigner explains to a member of the Lacoste store staff that they are campaigning against the company's involvement with the fur trade and not those who work in the store.
