  • PICTURED: A protester sits on the road causing traffic to jam during rush hour. Demonstrators from the anti-pollution group Stop Killing Londoners cause traffic chaos for London commuters as they conduct a series of short roadblocks at Marble Arch stopping cars and buses from entering Oxford Street and Park Lane. Irate motorists accused them of creating more pollution than they were stopping, whilst the group said their objectives were long term. A leaflet handed out to motorists says the government is not doing enough to tackle the crisis costing 'taxpayers and the NHS £billions [sic] a year'. PLACE, January 29 2018. © Paul Davey
