First established in Rio in 2000 by Luke Dowdney MBE, it was replicated in Newham in 2007. It is now expanding globally and began rolling out across the UK.<br />

First established in Rio in 2000 by Luke Dowdney MBE, it was replicated in Newham in 2007. It is now expanding globally and began rolling out across the UK.<br />
