2014-12-04 Trafalgar Square Xmas lights

Trafalgar Square, London, December 4th 2014. The Lord Mayor of Westminster Councillor Audrey Lewis and the Governing Mayor of Oslo, Stian Berger Rosland attend the switching on of the lights decorating the Christmas tree in Trafalgar Square. The tree is an annual gift to the people of London from the people of Oslo in thanks for British support during World War II. PICTURED: The Salvation Army band provides musical accompaniment to the carol singing.
