2015-04-21 Taxi protest

London, April 21st 2015. Hundreds of London black taxi operators bring traffic to a standstill as they protest on Oxford Street against what they say is Transport For London's failure to enforce their own regulations, allowing illegal minicabs to operate putting the public at risk and taking potential earnings from licenced operators.
