Parliament Square, London, September 19th 2016. 2,500 lifejackets make up a lifejacket graveyard in London's Parliament Square to highlight the plight of refugees as world leaders meet in New York for the United Nations Migration Summit. The lifejackets are those actually worn by refugees during treacherous sea crossings from Africa and Turkey into Europe. ©Paul Davey
